In order to get our fair out there and give the public and our exhibitors the information they need, we put out a yearly Fair Premium Book during the months before the fair. This book is put out to an expansive mailing list of people and businesses located in Tolland County. However, if you didn't receive a book, there is an online copy available below. Please note, however, that most 4-H exhibitor registration forms are not included in this download, and must be obtained separately under the forms section below. The file is in PDF format, and you will need to download a free program called Adobe Reader in order to view it. This can be accomplished by clicking the red button below. Caution, caution, caution! Any mistakes made in the printed fairbook are NOT corrected in this copy. Any corrections to the fairbook will be listed on our Home page.
- Click the button to download Adobe Reader.

If you're a 4-H'er who's planning to show projects at the 4-H fair, it's important to fill out the appropriate forms and send them in to the 4-H office, unless the associated instructions say otherwise. All exhibitors must fill out and return the Exhibitor Registration Form, and animal exhibitors should fill out the applicable additional forms. Like the fairbook download, these files require Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded using the red button in the previous section. However, unlike in the fairbook, you can type directly into the boxes of these forms and print the completed copy, which is much easier than writing it out by hand, both for you and for us.
